Dec 07,2024STAY AWAY! Free Trial is a scam. There is nowhere on the website to cancel and when you email them to cancel within the 30 day trial window, they don't respond until after the charge is applied for membership. Instead they simply reply without reading your email specifically stating there is no cancellation online and requesting the cancellation via email.

Dec 04,2024Horrible experience. There’s no way to cancel your membership. I’ve emailed them now 5 times. Each time I get a response I can cancel it in my account online. There is absolutely no place on the site, in my account or otherwise, where I can cancel.

Nov 27,2024Shady company. No communication about trial period coming to an end. In fact no emails of any sort. I never used the site and now realise they've been charging me for months. They will not refund me at all for this. Scammers

Oct 16,2024Very bad service. They made me pay for services I did not use. They do not care if you did read any of their books or downloaded it! They took my last money for grocery at varsity for books that do not help me academically. I do not recommend very bad !!!!
