Oct 18,2019I've been forced to write this review..... by my own sense of self decency! I don't particularly want Abbie and her team working with anyone else, god forbid they start working with a competitor who has read this review. Pretty much from the first email I received from Abbie I was keen to work with her. We were looking at a few agencies and they all had the same start point they all asked us to add them to our various accounts so they could give us a report on where we needed to improve, the difference with AL Roberts was Abbie included instructions on how to do this and a link to a video showing me how to do it,I already knew how to do it but to me that gave the impression of someone who doesn't leave anything to chance and doesn't assume things unless she knows... just what you want from someone who is responsible for large amounts of your cash each month. There were a few other nice touches which really set them apart but I wont share all their secrets , i will say however that from day 2 of the campaign going live we've had more jobs EACH DAY with AL Roberts than the entire previous month with our old agency, partly that's due to us increasing the budget but we increased the budget because she gave us the confidence to do so. Actually, I take it back shes useless go find someone else to work with.....please.

Aug 05,2019Abbie did a fantastic job. She quickly arranged and connected all the myriad threads of analytics, Google ads, merchant center, product feeds -- all things that were making my head spin. Fantastic communication, with detailed reports and clear requests and steps for the things we needed to do ourselves. Absolutely would work with her and team again.

May 14,2019I contacted Abbie and started working with A L Roberts Digital a couple of months ago. Straight away I was impressed as she sorted out my Google ad-words and set them to actually work for me rather than just give me a false reading. This is on-going - currently we are working on a Google landing page and setting up 6 calenders on-line so my customers can book there own appointments. I am very please with everything she has done for me. AL Roberts are polite efficient and effective. I find the cost very reasonable as well. All round great value for money.

We started out with a different PPC company who didn't give us regular reports, we had no idea what was going on half the time and they were so hard to get hold of. AL Roberts and their regular reporting, ease of communication and extensive knowledge were a refreshing change, and I can't wait to see how they can help us further. Highly recommend!

I can only recommend any company searching for a PPC manager to give AL Roberts Digital a try.

She is always willing to help, quick to action change and generally a lovely person who actually cares about the results and offering the right service. So many people in our industry forget about customer service but Abbie goes above and beyond. I will definitely recommend. We also have great growth results as well!

Mar 02,2023Ad work was ok, however when we cancelled, we were charged for an additional month (due to how she charges in her contract) and then were mistakenly charged another month on top of that and have not been refunded after asking for months.
