Apr 29,2024I find my Altrix consultant Jamie to be very helpful and courteous both on the phone and over emails. He is always professional and friendly in dealing with any issues and helping to book shifts. Any issues I have or queries are responded to in a timely manner. Jamie will always follow on a phone call with a follow up email outlining what was discussed, which I find very helpful.

Apr 25,2024Jamie my consultant is brilliant and by far the best I have had in while. He is extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. He tries his best to sort any issues I may have and is always available, and if he's on the phone when I call he always rings me straight back. Altrix has an agency have always be a good agency to work for, the app makes it easy to book shifts, upload documents etc. However just as of late the availability of shifts is very poor however I don't know if this is the norm for agency work at the moment. My only is issue is the pay system, currently I'm PAYE and the payments are very sporadic the money is never in my account at the same time on pay day and can even be really late in the evening/night and sometimes has even been the following morning which is no good when you are waiting to be paid. Most other companies your payments go in at midnight so you wake up to funds in your account.

Apr 19,2024Have sold my details to other companies so that I am getting constant emails and phone calls. I don’t have a contract with any other agency so the only possible company that can have shared these details is Altrix. Have spoken to colleagues and they are also having the same issue.

Apr 17,2024Amazing team! I am working with Altrix for the last 3 years and I love the freedom that I have in choosing my own shifts without having to call anyone to book me for work. Timesheet submission and payments are quick and easy. Thank you to my consultant Tracey Clay who is very dynamic, attentive and very helpful by solving issues in a timely manner.

Dec 18,2023I am thrilled to work for Altrix only because of one special Consultant who has a Golden heart and threats you with respect ,listens to you and reaches an extra mile to put a smile on your face and that is Zoya . Zoya has been an Angel God sent to me the time when I really needed help whilst with Altrix . Prior to that i used to be told to stop calling as I was not the only Nurse who works for Altrix etc and Zoya came along when I was busy joining other Agencies and saved me. I was one of the Luckiest people who Won £500 Tesco Vouchers and this came the right time when I was really struggling. Got restricted for something I did not do myself but was on duty with someone who actually made the mistake. Obviously it was not fair treatment and took ages to get resolved until Zoya became my Consultant and started chasing it up and that was when my name was cleared and case got dropped. The beauty about Altrix is you book your own shifts and choose where you want to work and when you want to work. I have never encountered any issues at all with my payments with Altrix . Unfortunately Zoya is leaving and I am very upset about it as I am worried about the future consult if she is gonna be like Zoya . ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I love Altrix and I love Zoya . She listens and is really good at following up with the client to make sure I get the work I requested for and she ensures that I am never left in the dark.
