Jun 11,2020This is quite literally the worst company I have ever worked with. They have a lot of made up fees they try to charge you. I wasted so much time with them (they even hung up on me) pulled my credit twice and said they can't do an USDA loan. Run for the hills!!!!!!

Jun 10,2020American Financing is great to work with. Very easy clear and concise instructions. Provide what they need uploaded to their secure portal and you will be good to go. Great agents like Hank Metzger do the best and most effective work you can't ask for anyone better! If you are looking for a mortgage company look no further. This is the company you need to go with. I have used them 2 times already they are my go to mortgage company.

Jun 10,2020I was refinancing my home, my first home, so ive only been through this once before. Luckily, I had a friend working with me the first time because the loan officer didn't seem to really know what she was doing. After a few conversations with Timothy Allred, I felt pretty good on how this was going to go. I voiced my previous concerns, told him to "dumb it down" I wouldn't be offended, he did it flawlessly. He emailed me, then called when I missed those, kept everything on track. Was very easy, found ways to save me money. Excellent service.

Jun 06,2020I can't say enough good things about this company. They give you direct phone lines to the people who are working on your loan so you can get answers quickly. They were delightful to work with and our interest rate was so low I was seriously amazed. I highly recommend them.

Jun 06,2020Started out really well, then over the time people for get you, for get what they promise, you become a loan in line, especially after the appraisal process, then it truly changed, because then the threat of we’ll bill you $ 775.00 not to impressed, Payton Manning obviously never had a loan here, Paid spokesmen, pretty typical of most company’s, Managers and supervisors were like dealing with a used car salesperson. But we made it through, I think.
