At any given moment, I was aware of what I needed to provide to progress my loan along its trajectory. I was facilitated with everything. In fact, everything went so well and so quick that I'm just barely starting to realize we are living in our new home! I can't recommend American Financing enough! I was impressed by the professionalism displayed by Angie Kibbee (my American Home Agents Realtor), Sami Kahale (my Mortgage Consultant/Loan Officer) and Talitha Fulmer (Angie's assistant).

Oct 17,2019I first heard of American Financing on Glenn Beck. I've done business with some of his other sponsors in the past. He really talks them up and American Financing is no exception. From the first call I had with Cole Hood to working with Matt Pullara, I knew this was a great company. I received personal and friendly assistance through the whole process. Any time I had a question, Matt was quick to reply to my emails. I would recommend this company. It was an easy process from the beginning all the way to closing. I don't know if American Financing has any say in this, but even the signing agent that came to our house for closing was top notch. An all around a great experience!

Oct 17,2019I did not have a good experience with American Home Financing. If I had not continually checked on the status of my loan, I don’t believe it would have ever gotten closed. Emails went unanswered multiple times, and then suddenly in the middle of working through items I needed for my loan, the person I was working with suddenly had an out of office email for ten days even though we were dealing with time sensitive material. I was initially told I would close by the end of August, and ended up closing mid October. They waited until the last minute to get documentation (that they could have easily obtained very early on in the process) from my HOA which delayed closing as well. I left countless unanswered messages as well. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends, and have half a mind to write John Elway a strongly worded letter telling him to stop endorsing them as well. Their “salary based mortgage consultants” could honestly care less if they ever close your loan, because they are making their salary either way.

I highly recommend American Finance and Ji to anyone looking for a refinance or home loan. Talking and working with Ji is like having a friend who's looking out for you at every corner. As a Veteran I received excellent customer service, very simple automated applications and timely closing. Ji provided guidance and insight along the way and when I dealt with the rest of the staff it was the same experience.

Each time, Al Muhaydean has been our mortgage consultant and Alicia Zelandonii has been our processor. They thoroughly know this business inside and out and answered all of our questions extremely efficiently. I have referred many friends and family to Al as well and everyone has been extremely satisfied. Al and Alicia are rockstars!
Grateful but disappointed
Oct 11,2019Vincent Pacheco was great! I know you guys are incredibly busy but the time required to close the loan from underwriting to close was exorbitant and I had to reach out to get updates, other than those from Vincent. The individual assigned to facilitate mid way thru was completely MIA... didn't really feel appreciated as a customer, to be quite honest! For the total cost of the loan, something more was expected as a thank you... maybe a note... IDK

Oct 08,2019I heard about American Financing from Glenn Beck and decided to give it a try when I needed to refinance due to a divorce. My Mortgage Consultant, Geneva Price, was fantastic! I had a complicated case and it took much longer than either of us anticipated. But her dedication, knowledge, kindness and honesty are unparalleled. She contacted me every week to update me and helped me get all the information and tests that I needed. The online document signing was easy and I was able to see everything as we went through the process and things changed. The processor stayed in contact as well and called to ask questions, and the final signing agent was fantastic too and I got a great rate! Thank you Geneva and American Financing!!

Oct 22,2019My agent has an assistant she never returned my phone call to help me understand what they were proposing then my agent didn’t plug in what I required in my refinance came at me with nothing resembling what I told him I was after he didn’t return my phone call either guess if you want no personal contact this is the company for you
