Same as all the others, they have held my money since May 2020. Their customer no-service is just a bunch of lying stall artists. Sorry that I can't give zero stars.

I placed an order in May 2020 and still have not received it theyr'e freaking liar's telling me next month next month and want to refund me when my order is worth double then when i purched it.

THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM AHB!! I purchased 100 silver eagles back on May 18, 2020, which were expected to arrive by end of May. First week into June, I called and they said it will take another 4-6 weeks. End of July, I called again, and they said it will be ready by end of September. Called again, they said another 3-4 weeks...you get the point. I understand that COVID may have been a setback here, but the entire time that I was waiting for these coins, AHB STILL was offering silver eagles for sale, with an estimated ship date of a few weeks after sale. So if COVID was really a factor here, they would have stopped selling the coins altogether. AHB is in the business to make money off your money by reinvesting it to make a profit. COVID was a perfect opportunity for them to provide seemingly valid reasoning to prolong their orders. Once again, DO NOT BUY FROM AHB!!!

Placed an order back in March for silver. Have not received what I paid for. I finally reached a responder and was told the delay was because of Covid, but would receive my order within three weeks. That was back in September! NOTHING! Quite certain I'm another victim of their fraud scheme. They are clever to put you off and promising your order will come, but ...... Its all a smooth lie. I don't understand why authorities haven't shut them down(?) I gave them one star, but they are No Stars! One star is the only way you can comment! I should've checked with BBB before trusting/shopping with this fake, deceptive, criminal group. I was a sucker and another fool.

I made a purchase from this company on 5/22/20 (very similar to another reviewer on here) and my debit card was charged. I was told month after month that this item was still on backorder and would ship when they receive it. I called on 9/8/2020 requesting to cancel my order and receive a refund. They cancelled the order and said the refund would be issued without any pushback. I have called this company over 30 times and sent many emails because as of today, 12/21/20, I STILL have not received a refund. I spoke with Sarah the manager last time I actually got through to someone and she said that it has to be an issue with my bank and could not provide any proof that a refund has been issued. I have filed a complaint with the CA Attorney General, the BBB, the Beverly Hills PD, and that is just the beginning. I'm owed nearly $500 which at this point I've wasted more time than the refund is worth but it is a matter of principal at this point and holding their feet to the fire. Absolute scam "company" - I wish I would have researched before ever considering to make a purchase here.

ORDER AHM201912559 I would like a refund or the coins , this was ordered in April/May 2020 never got anything. They take the money up front and have done this to tons of people. I do not know how the law lets them continue to operate. They should be going to jail

I had ordered 3 silver American Eagles back on August 6th, 2020, and have never received them. About a month ago I requested that this order be cancelled and send me my money back. I called three times before someone actually cancelled the order. I did receive an email confirmation of this on November 9th, that the order had been cancelled. At this time, I have not received my refund. I have made 3 calls, and multiple emails to them, after the order was cancelled, and no action has been taken, on sending me my refund. I have also informed Better Business Bureau of the situation, and they have had no response from the company. Why does AMH see it that that you can't pay back my $112.74 refund?? *******UPDATE**** I finally received my refund. What changed, was that I inundated them with emails. I kept sending the same email to every email address I could find, stating that they needed to pay me back for an order I placed 5 months ago, and then cancelled about 45 days ago.

Warning Warning Warning. To gold and Silver buyers. Do not buy please do not buy from American Heritage bullion. They are Incompetent Company and they will keep your money and you will not receive anything. Like my family and I did. American heritage bullion will happily take your money and then proceed to give you the run around. They took our money and we receive nothing. So for gold and silver buyers you’ve been worn. Please check their reviews

I've been waiting 6 MONTHS for my order of 1 20 coin roll of 2020 American Silver Eagles. Blaming Covid, keep pushing back delivery date. Offering to refund money because at this point they can return my money and then sell my order for higher price and also earning interest on my money! We have a contract which A.H. is in breach of. This is basically a scam. A one star rating is one star too many. I intend to force them to fulfill this agreement.

I want to be very accurate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed a "test" order for 3 American Silver Eagles, on June 3, 2020. $23.95 each including shipping. It said the order with not be shipped until July 15, 2020. July came and went with no order shipped. they then promised Aug 6 2020, again no shipment. Sept, Oct., and after still not receiving order, I requested a refund on 10-12-2020 from the nice lady at 833-777-8650. She assured me they would refund my money but as of 11/20/2020 No refund! Called today, she said she will request the refund again. I don't expect they will do the refund and I have contacted my Credit Card company to request a refund through them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMANY.

Wow! How does this company stay in business? I can answer the question myself. It's called FRAUD. LIke so many other potential customers, I have been lied to several times. At least they're lying to me when I'm able to get in touch with someone. Like a few other consumers, I have contacted the attorney general's office to file a complaint. Bad business practice is one thing, but out and out fraud is a completely different issue that the attorney general's office or other authorities are interested in. If you haven't placed an order with this company, please take my advice and DO NOT ORDER. If you have placed an order and agree with me that they are committing fraud, I encourage you to contact the authorities.

Never received my products paid 1500.00 in March and now 9 months and waiting. I strongly do not recommend. Contacted at least 12 times and got I got nowhere. Disgraceful.

My aunt placed an order in June for a silver coin with order number AHM 201913573. Her order was delayed for nearly four months and we contacted customer service repeatedly asking for a status update, to which they suggested we just cancel the order and receive a refund. So on Oct 2, she cancelled her order and awaited the refund guaranteed to her between 5-10 business days. It is now Nov 9 and it has yet to be processed. We called several times since requesting the refund, to which we are told that there is no way to check whether the refund is being processed and no way to call the accounting department. We can only send an email, to which we have never received a response. They have nearly $2000 of my aunt's money and it has caused her so much distress that I have had to try and help her deal with it. It's absolutely awful. No one should trust this company. We have opened a case with the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this issue.

I should have checked this web site before. I am not the first of many fraud complaints. I purchased 20 silver eagles on September 26, 2020. After two weeks I called and they said that because of the COVID-19 problem things are delayed but that I would receive the coins by the end of the month. This happened 6 months in a row. On September 10, 2020 I told them I had waited long enough and cancelled the order. Their representative said it would take 7 to 10 business days. After 2 weeks I had received nothing. Was told to wait. Called again in 2 weeks and was told the refund had been sent. It is now November and there has been no refund. It was a credit card purchase so I have filed a Dispute against the company. I will pursue but expect no resolution. There are many similar complaints. I have learned. Please do not use this company. I should have purchased locally and reviewed their questionable history.

I ordered coins back in June. To be exact I ordered 100 American silver eagles. This company said that they would deliver them in august. Then September. At that point I told them I just would like a refund. The lady said she would process the refund . A week went by and I had not received an email so I called back. I then received an email stating that a refund had been sent. She said it would take 7 to 10 business days. It has now been 2 weeks and have not received anything and they refused to answer any emails. I have sent probably a dozen emails. They have $2,700 of my money. I have contacted the better business bureau. I contacted my bank. I have contacted the FTC. I have contacted my local police department. I have also contacted the FBI. This company needs to be prosecuted for fraud. I do not understand how Google is allowing their products to be sold. this is a known fraud company and I feel like Google has some responsibility for promoting these people. I will let you know if I receive any sort of refund. I will be continuing to work with law enforcement to bring Justice against this company.

I ordered 20 American eagles at the end of may 2020 it was a presale and said two to three weeks delay to ship. I called after the three weeks and they aplogised and said it would be another month I was ok with this because silver had started going up and I locked in the price at $23.95 per coin. I called after the month was up and the aplogised again and said it would be another month at this point I'm $200+ profit on the coins now due to the rise in silver so I wait. Finally get to the end of almost four months of waiting and still no coins so I'm so upset at this point and have never dealt with a company that is this horrible I ask for a refund... They say my card will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days well since then it's been a month and still no refund of my money. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I reccomend JM bullion or Bullion exchanges. I'm going to email/ contact every goverment agency, bullion and currency watch dog group to get my story out and still try and get my money in the process. PLEASE if you had a similar experience leave your story I need your help and any advice to shut this company down. Seriously how are they still able to be in business? THIS COMPANY COMES UP AS AN AD ON GOOGLE SEARCH...PLEASE REPORT TO GOOGLE AS A SCAM COMPANY. Thanks.

I ordered two 2020 American eagle silver coins Early March 2020… Today is October 23, 2020. I still do not have them. I have called at least six times since early March with no resolve. The last two times I called they said that they physically had the coins and we’re going to send them out. I WANT MY COINS... FINISH THE JOB!

Disgusting beyond belief dis-‘customer Service’ by Emma. Placed an order and got confirmation only to be told they aren’t accepting it as they don’t ship to the UK. I politely asked on chat why is that not listed on their website as I had spent hours looking for products. Emma came back with insulting replies where there was absolutely no need for it and went on to mock by saying ‘have a nice day!’ I replied saying this was terrible customer service how she was speaking to me and she went on to call me a ‘Karen’. Didn’t even know what that meant until I looked it up so I obviously am not a ‘Karen’ - maybe it’s time that that meaning becomes an ‘Emma’! From asking a general and polite question I was ridiculed - you can’t call someone fro their race or colour but it’s ok to call them a name relating to a ‘problematic and demanding person known as an insulting name’. That’s the equivalent of racism and the company should not be allowed to operate. Hope I never become an ‘Emma’ that’s for sure. If you challenge this I have screenshots of the chat as evidence.

I ordered #20 American silver Eagles on 5-17-2020 order # AHM201912--- over 5 mo. later I still haven't received my coins, on 09-25-2020 I gave up and ask for a refund of 464.83 I was told it would be 7-10 days, when I call to follow up (twice) on my refund, being polite but trying to get info on accounting I got hung up on, WOW. I strongly recommend NOT doing any business with this company, read the several reviews of SCAMS

I ordered 12 2019 Silver Eagles in June 2020 and have not received them as of Mid October. They switched my order to 2020 Eagles and have used ever excuse in the book when contacted. The purchase price was $22.50 a coin and they are now selling 2020 coins for $39.00 with a delay that extends every day.
