From start to finish American Surplus displayed excellent service. American Surplus had exactly what I needed for my custom cantilever rack order. Put it together quickly and coordinated shipping too. When the shipping company had some issues with the service, American Surplus stepped up and cleared up the issue. Delivery and communication were good, I would recommend sending all drawings separately at the time of shipment. Disappointing to receive the paperwork on the third load, preventing any advanced planning and prep work. But, overall happy with the product ordered and received.

May 02,2024We received coveyor parts, with many rollers broken and out of position the top parts looked nice, however the bottom pieces were all rusty they were hiding the top bad looking parts under the good ones. when we sent them a complaint email we never received a response
