Emma ensured regardless to what needed to be completed, she coordinated and participated in every decision possible for the launching of my website. Emma is very patient, understanding and creative with ideas for projects. I recommend Emma Hale for any website site project.

May 05,2022This company is a complete scam. I hired them to host my website and had nothing but problems. The account manager they assigned to me was ill-informed, my website kept crashing and they tried to scam me by insisting I needed to pay hundreds of dollars more for their services to work. After a week, I canceled with them, now I have spent months fighting them to get my money back. Updated in January 2023. I tried to file a complaint with the California Secretary of State and learned American Web Coders is not registered in the state of California as they claim to be. Nor are they registered in the city or county of Los Angeles. And their claim that they only charge for "services provided" is a lie. I pre-paid for 12 months of hosting but canceled after 30 days and received no refund.

My previous account manager Justin was great however, due to his promotion (congratulations Justin!) he had to reassign me to a new account manager Zach who I am very pleased with. I appreciate all the hard work Zach puts into my websites, he is insightful, effort full and pays close attention to detail which I greatly appreciate. I definitely give my stamp of approval for AWC services and you’re lucky enough, you’ll have Zach on your next website.

If there’s ever anything that still needs adjusted or to be changed, they will take care of it.

Mar 24,2022I have been working AWC for almost a month now. David, Emma, and their team have been very professional, and patient in helping me get the website I envisioned. A huge plus is they are helping, and providing training to setup the ability for me to add, remove, and modify products as business needs change. The recommended private server speed is definitely noticeable compared to the larger hosting platform was on before. I am absolutely looking forward to working with them on the marketing tools they offer when the time comes to go online.
