Feb 24,2024I had been assisting people with emotional regulation disorders to accomplish their personal and professional goals, but became burnt out after too many incidents of emotional downturn. Amethyst's guidance and advice helped me to better cope with those feelings, taking the behaviors less personally and remembering that they are trauma responses and aren't because I actually did anything wrong. With her help, I was able to get back to work with less emotional burden and more safety for myself and the people I help.
