Aug 04,2023I was having problems with the remote for my garage door. I spoke initially with Rachael who was extremely helpful and sent over instructions for me to try and fix the problem. When that didn't work she arranged for a new remote to be sent to me. I struggled to get the new remote to work and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and got Will to call me and take me very patiently through the process which was different to the instructions I had. All in all, excellent customer service from everyone involved and I would highly recommend Amo.

Jul 19,2023Really impressed with the service given by Amo from first calling them, to measuring and fitting. Excellent product and well worth the money. We were out when the fitters arrived and as it was raining they got our washing off the line and put it in their van to keep dry - can’t ask for better service than that! Would definitely recommend

Rachael explained everything we would need to consider and we decided on the Windermere Electric Operation. We received great service from start to finish and Will and Nigel, who installed the Awning, were so pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Amos is a wonderful family company. We would heartily recommend them.

Jul 04,2023My investment last year in some large electrically-driven AMO shutters across a very wide west-facing picture window was probably one of the best decisions I have made in recent years. Not only were the shutters thoughtfully designed, carefully and knowledgably erected by a great team and sensibly priced - they have helped to keep the sun out in high temperatures, the cold and storms out in winter, and have provided an extra layer of security which I greatly value.
