Dec 20,2019Mir wurde die Anatomica Klinik Istanbul von einem bekannten Empfohlen der dort auch sehr zufrieden war. Ich nahm Kontakt auf zu der Betreuerin Ebru. Diese ist quasi 24 Stunden am Tag erreichbar und sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Sie hat auf jede Frage die passende Antwort parat. Nachdem ich von Ebru und der Anatomica Klinik überzeugt war musste ich lediglich mein Flug buchen. Den Rest übernimmt Ebru für einen. In Istanbul angekommen verlief alles reibungslos und ohne Komplikationen. Taxi kam immer pünktlich, Hotel super und die Klinik macht auch einen sauberen soliden Eindruck. Die OP verlief super. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich. Leider ist die Kommunikation nicht all zu gut da kaum Englisch gesprochen wird. Aber die Mitarbeiter arbeiten Hand in Hand und wirkten sehr professionell. Ich bin froh das ich den Schritt gemacht habe und freue mich jetzt schon auf das Ergebnis. Ich hatte durchweg ein gutes Gefühl und habe mich durch die Ebru gut betreut gefühlt. 5 Sterne !

Estou muito satisfeito com todo o atendimento que recebi desde a chegada ao aeroporto até a minha partida. Em especial ao Ertan que me deu todo o suporte e atenção desde que saí de São Paulo,ele esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas e esteve ao meu lado durante todo o processo cirúrgico. Não tem uma nota maior que eu poderia dar para o Ertan e a clínica que não fosse 1000. Gratidão

Sep 26,2019Excellent service provided by all at Anatomica.....travelling to another country to have any procedure can be daunting to say the least...I needen't have have been concerned. From the moment I contacted Anatomica they have been nothing but professional. Jasmine my interpreter was quick to respond to any questions or queries I had. We travelled from the UK and were collected at the airport by a friendly driver. The hotel provided by the clinic was perfectly adequate with friendly and attentive staff....the team that carried out the procedure were also most professional and tried to make the whole experience as individual and pain free as possible for which I am very grateful! All of the required medication and aftercare is provided and I am very much looking forward to seeing the results. Very satisfied and highly recommended!

Dec 24,2019Mein Bruder und ich haben unsere HT bei der Anatomica Klinik gemacht und sind vollkommen zufrieden. Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte ganz einfach über WhatsApp und auf Deutsch. Unsere Betreuerin Ebru war sehr sympathisch und immer erreichbar. Wir mussten uns nur um die Flugtickets kümmern, alles andere (Transfer / Hotel) wurde von Ebru organisiert. Die Klinik war sehr sauber und die OP verlief ohne Komplikationen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das Endergebnis :-) Vielen Dank an das gesamte Anatomica-Team.
