André Emilio is our take on the traditional bespoke suit; steeped in Italian traditions of craftsmanship and creativity, as exhibited by the opulent couture houses of Milan. Such craftsmanship has always been reminiscent of a world that is exclusively available to the ultra-wealthy. Thus, we at André Emilio wanted to take this idea of creating unique pieces conceived by couturiers with just one client in mind. In this way, we were able to modify this traditional idea of bespoke suiting & merge it into a more accessible business model, so that more and more people can enjoy the luxury of owning a completely one of a kind, exquisitely designed, bespoke suit. This is what we at André Emilio refer to as the modern day renaissance in traditional couture.

The customer services was brilliant -very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I used their easy-to-fill measurement form on the website, and the entire process was seamless. Nov 12,2024Ordered a tuxedo from Andre Emilio. The jacket came looking nothing like the sample picture on their social media page. The lapel had poor workmanship. So poorly cut the right peak didn't even match the left peak and it had deep, permanant creases from how they shipped it. The suit was just folded up in a bag in a way thr lapen was folded up. The placement of the button on the coat was so low it was parallel with the pockets. The stich work looked horrible. All I wanted was a suit that looked like the sample photo. But what I got looks more like a costume. I reached out to their customer service and asked them to either fix the coat or remake it. No response. Never again will I order from this place!! $450 wasted. And they don't have any return policy. SMH. Guess I'll give it to some bumb on the street. That's what it looks like anyhow. **UPDATE** After speaking with customer service, Andre Emilio did make a new jacket for me at no cost. I definitely appreciate the effort they went through to make it right. The craftsmanship of the new jacket was much better. Still didn't quite meet my expectation, but better at least. Therefore, I changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 star. Mainly for the customer service. Good to know they stand behind their product.

May 13,2024My son needed a tux for his senior prom, and he is a larger size man. Andre Emilio was able to custom make his perfect tux jacket in his favorite color. I was late getting the jacket ordered, they did a rush order, and they made sure it arrived on time. It fit my son perfectly and he had a blast at prom. He was so thrilled with the jacket he thanked me over and over. Andre Emilio did an amazing job on his custom tuxedo jacket. My son loves it. Thank you.

With clear direction on obtaining measurements, and the one-on-one communication with a stylist to answer questions, it went very smoothly. The result was a beautiful suit that fits just right and looks much more expensive than it is!

The immense repertoire of their work that I saw on its website was so impressive that I decided to place my order. After placing my order, I received instructions to send in my measurements and personal information. In just a little bit over two weeks, I received my package via DHL. I tried on my jacket and waistcoat, and truth be told, they fit like perfect gloves. The tailor did an amazing work. I will certainly be ordering a new suit from Andre Emilio. It was work well done! Fine craftsmanship! Respect!

Schedule appointment for December 3. Same result! Advertising presentation nothing but an illusion. Thankful no money was lost through this process.

Nov 18,2023I had something pretty unique and specific in mind for my wedding, my wife would be in a black dress and I wanted something black, but still had some flair. Tried a few places in North America, where I live, but the prices were out of my price range. I finally stumbled upon Andre Emilio and they had the tux I wanted, so I sent them an email. Despite being in Pakistan, they responded to my questions almost instantly. There are North American companies I was willing to give money to I'm still waiting for response on, yet this team half way around the world got back to me in no time. Not only that every single dumb request or question I had was answered literally the next day by the time I woke up. The silliest request was asking for more tuxedo materials so that we could make a tux for my dog, who was our ring bearer. And literally the next morning I woke up with a personalized page on their site for me that had the suit and extra materials for the dog's suit. Seriously top-notch quality and customer experience. And on the wedding, I received many compliments, and looked and felt great.

Personally I have few alterations requirements I had to point out to tailors and my input and changes were welcomed. The customer service is 100 perfect.. I would order a casual blazer again from Andre.

Apr 02,2025I was very skeptical ordering a bespoke suit online for my husband but everything turned out great !The suit was well made and gave him a great fit. All seams are secure and sit flat. Sleeves are a good length and not too tight when arms are bent. Buttons are very well attached. They Sit nicely over the shoulders and smoothly down the back. He likes it!!
