The packaging and presentation of the jewelry are really nice touches (the little led light on the box lid makes the presentation very elegant). Purchasing is easy, and shipping is fast and secure (also a nice touch). I've not had to return or resize anything yet, so I can't comment on customer service personally. Overall a very good purchasing experience and high-quality jewelery.
