Nov 17,2022Very bad customer experience. Have to wait some one to call me 10 min after the appointment which they did set to let me know there mechanic running 40 min late. And after that I got miss call and been told the mechanic did wait for 10 min he left now we can't help you. Seriously???

His professionalism and high IQ on all things car related was really insightful and definitely taught me a few things. Great hard working individual which Angel Recovery seem to have in all their employees. From my previous experience with Ozzy, to Mona on the phone and then Frank today, Angel Recovery continue to show their class and great service head and shoulders above the rest. Oct 24,2022Avoid at all costs. My insurance company informed ANGEL that the clutch on my van has failed. They requested angel send out a recovery truck, instead they sent road side assistance. Sitting here 3 hours later still waiting for recovery. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Couldn't organise a P*** up in the brewery

May 31,2022Fantastic service from Angel Recovery. Technician Gilman went out of his way to get my vehicle sorted and on and on the road. Angel recovered my vehicle into the workshop at 8am, replaced my brake pads and discs, fitted 2 brand new tyres, all in one day. I pick my vehicle up at 3:30pm. Great price and very convenient service. Highly recommended.

May 18,2022Today i had a breakdown so I contacted my breakdown service provider AA. They were unable to attend so they sent a affiliate company called Angel Recovery. I have used many recovery companies in the past and i thought to myself this will be another cowboy company I was proven wrong. I was unsure at the start and AA estimated a 2 and a half hour wait amazingly these guys turned up in just over an hour, the driver was polite and respectful well mannered he dropped me to my destination and even offered to buy me a drink from the shop as it was a hot day, the recovery truck was clean and customer friendly I would like to firstly thank Frank who recovered me and Also Angel recovery service. Appreciated guy thanks a million.

Apr 26,2022the vehicle I was in had a puncture on the tyre and I called angel and they came with their mobile fitting service which holds all the necessary equipment and machineries to do the job. It wasn't a nice experience being stuck on the road with terrible weather luckily they came in record time and help me get on my way. the driver was helpful and understanding and gave a few tips and advice on the state of my tyres. (good job uzzi)

Apr 15,2022One of the best customer service ever! Not only was it quick and at a reasonable price, but Usman in particular exceeded my expectations! Two of my tyres went flat on the road and had to be replaced. He was extremely helpful during my car recovery and went above and beyond to help me fix the problem right away. He saved me TIME, MONEY and the stress of having to look for the right place. Definitely recommend and appreciate Angel for having such good employees!! Usman was the absolute best!!

Imran who guided the situation and brought forward amicable solutions and options. And Usman who has assisted me a couple of weeks later. They are a representation of customer service and professionalism. Therefore In the future I would call on them again “hopefully not” but again great people to have in your contacts.

Jan 01,2023Company can’t keep its word - they accepted booking for tyre change and then when I showed up told me can’t do it we’re far too busy !!??? Rude abusive member of staff. Avoid if you value your dignity or want an honest service.
