Feb 25,2020You would have a '5' for flag quality, but you sent us another person's flag with ours. We figured it out because we are part of the same group. I paid $20 to express mail it to the other person in time for them to take it on a trip to Mexico with them. 🤨

Feb 17,2020In the PDF proof we got the Boat we were able to see. But the final product we can't see it at all so now we are stuck with just the name. I wish it was where you can see the Boat like in the proof or was told it wouldn't come out and we would have had the boat in white or something different. Other than that the material is great.

Feb 04,2020Ordered a custom flag, product looks good. Got an email that said flag was complete and shipped with a tracking number. 2 weeks go by after the “standard shipping” time. Sent email and got no reply. Finally 3 week later tracking number updated and package was coming from China.
