this is my second year with An Post Insurance, but not by choice. I had an accident in March 2024, which was my fault. I had NCD protection on my policy yet the cost of my insurance went from €356 for 2023/2024 to €778 for 2024/2025 - with no good reason provided by An Post agents, other than to say this is what comes up when they enter my details. to add insult to injury, my claim is still not settled after 7 months, this meant no other insurance provider would give me a quote. Awful, awful service from An Post, really had me in a bind and left me with no option other than to pay this outrageous price for my insurance. will be telling everyone i know to stay away
