Jun 08,2021Communication could be much better, two days after placing my order all I had was an order acknowledgement and no updates on status or expected delivery time so I had to send an email on Thurs to chase. The next day I get notification that the order has shipped from the supplier (Maxton) direct to me sadly despite my paying £15 for delivery it was sent economy and my expected delivery was five days from postage. After contacting the courier I was able to collect my item from my local depot albeit a 2 hr round trip on Saturday so didn't have to wait until today, although this cost me a further £25 in fuel, I've still to receive a reply to the email I sent Thursday. Overall I'm hesitant to use AP again despite them being a local company.
