Aug 02,2021Spent £250 on a Dyson fan which stopped working after five minutes! Have been trying to get a replacement for over a week, I was told on the phone by Appliance Village, last week, after getting nowhere with Dyson, to send details to them and they would arrange replacement. Having sent several emails and having no replies I have lost faith in the company. Very poor communication and service.

Nov 15,2020Delivered in under 20hours from order! They did not have the model we ordered but called and offered an esssentially identical alternative. They delivered it less than three hours later. No charge for the delivery either, we were local to them.

Sep 03,2022Ordered a ninja air fryer af400 online on a Monday booked delivery for the Friday.. No email confirmation no delivery updates chased the order Friday said they were expecting delivery Saturday... So after contacting them numerous times when they were supposed to contact me I still haven't got my air fryer and they have cancelled the order... Very disappointed will never use them again....
