Dec 29,2024This website makes it seem as if you get your gift card immediately. I made a purchase and 8 hours later nothing. I made a purchase with two other discounted gift card companies and within 2 hours I had my giftcards. I am skeptical of the website and the phone number associated with the company just goes to voicemail.

Dec 06,2024Bought a gift card, was charged right away. Then I had to provide my license (ID) and a selfie of myself. Did that right away despite not being aware of this process when purchasing. 3 days later, still no gift card, no emails from the company, but yet the charge for my gift card POSTED to my credit card. There's some good reviews on this site, but be weary. There's nothing wrong with taking measures to prevent fraud, especially if they have seen a lot of it - but charging/posting the charge and 3 days with no response after providing my ID/verification is terrible. UPDATE -- This company reached out to me to explain some improvements they were making on the Know Your Customer front and completely improved the poor experience I had when trying to make the original purchase. As much as that initial experience was poor, I will absolutely return to purchase further gift cards here in the future when required - I have complete faith in the company to deliver as promised - and now that they know I am a legit customer it will be quick and painless. Thanks for making it right!

Aug 08,2024The giftcards I buy are valid(can't say the same for card cookie, card cash or other sites on cardbear) Instant delivery after they process your account. My favorite site. Their selection is limited, and I wish they'd only show instock cards, and then have a request restock section. Also you can only mark one card as spent at a time, then it redirects you to the menu. 20k spent this month no problem, and it's the 8th

Jan 05,2024For me, discount gift cards always felt like the websites were shady and so I never pursued this method for increasing my margins. After meeting the owner of ArbitrageCard, last year, I decided to give them a shot. In the last 6 months I spent $100K+ on their website and could not rate them high enough. They are prompt in stocking gift cards that I need/use regularly, their system allows for me to keep my gift cards organized and balances updated, and thus far I have not ran into a single issue/hiccup. I personally recommend this website to all of my colleagues and coaching students as a method of hedging better margins.

Dec 30,2024Initial purchase took about 8 hours to verify (did it pretty late in the evening on the west coast and I know they are located in a more eastern time zone). That said, the next purchases were delivered immediately. Some quicks/bugs on their website - the add all option didn't work and it seems very un-optimized with delays in loading the cards and having to manually move each used card to the used section. That said, their responsiveness in delivering the cards makes them my go to moving forward. This is an excellent resource for small businesses and homeowners doing work as they have a good stock of home improvement cards.
