Apr 27,2022Callum called as I had expressed previous interest in Arborisk services. As my renewal was due soon I decided to get a quote. Turns out it came in quite a few hundred cheaper than my last insurer. Callum made the whole process very easy and comfortable. He explained everything as we went along and answered all of my questions immediately. Overall I'd say my experience with Arborisk was spot on! Thanks guys

Apr 04,2022Make sure your email inbox never gets full because they will not contact you any other way even if emails bounce and don't send they will just keep letting them bounce and then tell you they've not been able to contact you. Just had to start a new policy with deposit and all. Not something my business needs at this stage especially when there's very limited work. Someone did call me but not to let me know my bank details were incorrect but to tell me something else entirely. I would've thought I'd they can ring me for this then they can ring me to say you meed to pay. I'd changed bank accounts and handily my emails weren't coming through. I think because they use a separate company door their financing and the separate company is a sack of 💩💩💩💩💩💩
