Aug 21,2024Pleased when we passed a message on to a different advisor than the one we had been dealing with, the message was passed on and the issue dealt with and within a few hours and we had e-mail confirming changed details. Well done. Was able to access changes we had requested on-line, almost immediately. We could also down-load paperwork and make payment required easily.
