Jan 25,2025I had made a large order, then customer service sent an email asking if they could send one box to make sure the tiles worked and were what I was looking for before sending all 10 huge boxes. I ended up loving them, so I sent another email letting them know it was safe to send the rest of my order. I received them promptly. Much appreciated, great responsiveness and communication. Shipping was higher than what I was used to, because I usually purchased from Amazon, but all of the sudden I couldn't find this particular tile anywhere, and it's very popular. I couldn't imagine it was out of production. Luckily I found it here on the sellers website.

Jan 07,2025The website needs accurate pictures that clearly depict the color of the panels. I thought the panels I were getting were more of a white/beige color based on the picture and they came in looking like orange clay.

However, I am still waiting for my refund or a response to several emails I sent inquiring about my refund. Emails I sent earlier regarding address issues were answered right away. This is not the way to get a good review. Please send my refund. Thank you.

It was easy to order and arrived very quickly with updates as to progress - and they exactly match. Just the cost of postage was almost double the cost of the product!

Aug 03,2024I received my order in 5 days and I was impressed with how well the tiles looked. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the color was off. I purchased these tiles because the color on the screen matched perfectly with a hard to match floor tile I have, but the color was slightly off. Other than that it looks like a nice stick on tile.

Feb 11,2025Great customer service! I ordered a case of tile for a project. Realized I was short about 3 tiles, so I went on the website and ordered another case. About a week later, I received 1 tile instead of 1 case. I contacted them immediately and told them what happened. Told them I only needed 2 more tiles, so if they could send me 2 more and send me a prorated credit, I would be very happy. That's exactly what they did! No negotiating, arguing anything! Great customer service!
