Jan 30,2021What an absolute joy to work with this company! I bought stick on tile for a project via a retailer and, when I ordered more, it was slightly different. I found the original model and it was backordered with no ETA so I found the manufacturer (Art3D). They were kind and courteous and took back the tiles that didn't match and sent me the tiles that do. I highly recommend them and will use their products in future projects!

Feb 06,2021I received my orders promptly. Unfortunately, USPS or Art3d never notified me when the orders are expected to be delivered. It's the first time that any delivery services, USPS, FedEx, and UPS didn't notified me of expected delivery or actual delivery. Consequently, my package got all wet overnight sitting outside for a day. I should not have to go to my account to check delivery status every day until I received my package - never had to before unless it was late. USPS should have given me a clue. I had ordered nine times from Art3d, never had this problem before! Very disappointed/angry customer!
