I received the product very quickly and the quality was better than I anticipated. It is a very well constructed product, much more durable that I was expecting. The finished results look very nice in my kitchen. I looked around for solutions to do the cutting for around light switches/outlets etc. and I used a rotary cutting tool with a metal cutting blade and it worked very well. I would recommend this product to everybody!

We bought recently 3D wall panels , it is very difficult to install it around the outlets. It looks like cheap plastic. I am going to return this product. Not happy with this purchase. I read all 5 star reviews before buying it but ended up in bit disappointment.

I had a good experience ordering from Art3D. The faux leather wall panels are of good quality and the service we received through email was great. We were looking for a specific colour and Carl from Art3D patiently assisted us by sending over some colour samples and offering alternatives until we were satisfied. Would recommend!

I ordered tiles for my backsplash in my kitchen in a gray. Shipping was super fast, and I was so excited to get my product so soon. But when I opened the box, it was the wrong color. I ended up really liking the color so I didn’t bother sending it back or contacting customer service. The quality seems great and I’m looking forward to having my kitchen remodel complete!

I ordered some N95 masks to cope up with COVID-19. They arrived fast, with 3-4 days and each mask was individually wrapped and they were of great quality. Very good service and product. Definitely will order again.

I would definitely recommend this company and it's products. I recently had to deal with Carl in customer service as I was having trouble finding a specific tile to finish a project. He was very respectful, patient and incredibly helpful while helping me. He took the time to send me pictures to verify the tile I needed. In the end, he remedied the issue and I really can't thank him enough.

We ordered 3-D Wall Tiles that we decided didn't quite fit our decor. Upon returning the tiles, we received an immediate refund. We still plan to order new tiles, just have to consider best fit. Very good service, particularly for a returned item!
