We were informed once the sample had arrived and the result e-mailed to us within 2 days. Very pleased with the service and would use again.

Very happy with their service; a package sent with clear instructions and everything needed to safely collect a sample of material, updates on when samples were recieved and expected date for result deliverey, and fully detailed test results e-mailed a few days later. Highly recommended
