Aug 23,2019Very efficient service. They were very knowledgeable when myself and my partner rang to enquire about the kit. Once received (we wanted to test loft insulation) we decided to instruct another company to conduct a full survey because we were worried about the safety aspect. I returned the kit and 2 days after receipt I received a full refund. Would use again and definitely recommend.
