Jan 19,2025I had 2 shipments. In each package there was a little problem. The first one had a mala with a rough knot between 2 beads. In the second one, a mala had a missing divider bead. I would suggest you check each of your products more closely before packaging. Fortunately, your after-sales service is responsive.

Jan 14,2025The order got held up in the Postal Strike in Canada. I talked to Art of Tibet and they advised if I did not receive it they would send another bracelet. I did however receive my bracelet and it is beautiful. I have since ordered 3 more and love wearing them. I would highly recommend this company for quality and excellent customer service.
