I am a new customer and placed my second and third thangka orders last week, customer service very helpful selecting silk brocade for each thangka. Also had a shipping address glitch which was immediately solved by customer service. The DHL tracking information is excellent.
Bracelet broke in less than 3 weeks. Customer responded immediately to my query, and were happy to send an replacement bracelet without extra charge!

Website states they use 'DHL or a similar expedited courier' and promises 3-6 business day delivery. I ordered a Mala on the 14th of September for my wifes birthday on ther 4th of October and found that instead of a courier it was sent via normal tracked post. I enquired and was told "We have contract with the post that gives fast delivery but the customs clearance in different country slows the delivery which we have very little control of. We are sorry sir we had to shift from DHL as they have hiked up their prices very much". While I completely understand the price pressure and their decision to change things why does the website not reflect this - it still says it will be sent via courier? I wouldn't have purchased if i’d known this as it now probably won't arrive in time for the birthday, and i feel this is misleading to still have this wording on the website. I hope it does arrive in time and if so will update this review.

Dec 11,2022I ordered my product on the 26th November and as of today 11th of December I have still not received my order (16 days). Although this is not excessive when I did email the company to find out what was going on they were very dismissive stating that the delay was down to issues in the U.K. - that’s it. I would have expected them to be able to track my order and give me a report of where my product was. Oh the tracking facility does not work either. In summary I would say that the service you can expect for a product that is not cheap is disgraceful.
