Feb 25,2023Very happy with my service Uma was lovely he explained I had a leak in my windscreen washer that nobody has spotted I was early for my appointment but he still serviced the car before time very professional explaining and showing details of what he had done and which type of service i needed. I originally found them when I was quoted over 6k on my gla45 at a Mercedes branch in Loughton and when I went to them for a check there was nothing wrong with my car apart from a disc pad change and then starter motor problem! The customer service is the best yet I’ve experience if only other companies in general was as good as them. so quick to respond they know what they are talking about! they always aim book me in within 2-3days if they can! Real genuine honest great team! Thanks guys!

Feb 08,2023I’ve had my CLA booked in with Ascocars for body damage on the front bumper and a headlight replacement. I liaised with Umar who booked me in at such short notice. He advised me on what was required, the cost and time frame for the repairs. I was also informed they only use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts which was a plus. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was delivered back to me the following day.The team at Ascocars are highly skilled and trustworthy individuals who deliver a quick and efficient service. My experience here was nothing but excellence from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than Ascocars! I will definitely be going back for any body damage, diagnostic checks, services and MOT’s.

Did a fantastic job and kept me informed about the duration of the job. Price quoted was really good and I will come back to them for my next service or car issues. I'd highly recommend Asco cars for their excellent service provided with professionalism and respect they give to their customers.
