Feb 17,2025This was a quick and easy process. Very straight forward and easy to do at home and post kit back. The only down side was the link not working when sent results so then had to wait a few more hours to have results sent manually. All in all still quick and easy we highly recommend and use again if the need every arises in the future.

Feb 10,2025Good customer service in an unusual situation. When rang with questions the woman wrote notes about the situation. I posted with next day delivery and the results came back the day after they received it. Gave a result which is clear with a percentage of the chance u are related. Only thing that could be better is whether u need to do the test straight away and if it matter whether it's sat in the postbox/office. Needs to specify that there is already a test swab for a parent included as I did not know this and ordered another so had an extra one when it wasn't needed. Overall I would recommend this and would use again if I needed to. 👍

Dec 31,2024Very pleased with the quick service . Purchased in December, so I was expecting a delay with delivery. Pleasantly surprised, kit arrived in a plain envelope within 48hrs . Instructions were clear and straightforward. Return envelope included with postage paid , just put in post box when completed , no need to go to post office. I wasn’t expecting the ID check , I had to send a photo of both our individual drivers licences . Which turned out to be easier than I thought by email . I emailed to ask about how long samples could last on return , I was worried the returned swabs maybe ruined in transit if been sitting for days at the post office , also if laboratory was closed over Christmas period . I received a reply within a few hours , safe to send as samples, would be fine . Laboratory closed Xmas day and Boxing Day only . Sent the kit off on the 20th Dec , had the result on the 24th Dec . The paternity results weren’t what I hoped for , but least I know . The written result was clear to understand, they do also send the results of DNA comparison, for those scientifically minded. Professional service , would recommend.
