Jun 05,2020Not a major sound system overhaul, but important to us all the same. Took a VW T5 to Audio Boffins to get a new head unit and reversing camera fit. The whole experience was brilliant, time was taken to explain every process and laid down in layman terms. The service and work standards are fantastic. Going the extra mile in customer service and attention to detail seems to be paramount here. Very happy with the results and will use them again without any hesitation

Apr 23,2020Wanted to change the radio in a 2009 ka 2 so i could use hands free. was not sure what cables adaptors harness that i needed so i mailed the company and i recived a mail back very quickly asking for photos of the radios involved . sent photos back and was advised by Gavin what was required . i placed the order and with in 30 mins Gavin also phoned me and advised that the order was being processed and would be with me in 1 to 2 days . he also thanked me for the order and said that if i had any problems fitting it to ring them and they would talk me through it absolutely brilliant service i would 100% recommend AUDIO BOFFINS as the service was over and above and gavin was a pleasure to deal with . thankyou

Apr 03,2020I originally contacted these guys to find some pin connectors that i could not match anywhere they were able to help with that after i measured one i had excellent service super quick! also managed to order another part i needed with them over the phone. if you dont see it on their website cal lthem or get them on facebook they are happy to help anyone from a diy enthusiast installing audio rto professionals needing specific things. not all things are on their website so check with them if you cant find what you are looking for
