I found some vans on Auto Capital’s website, which I was quite interested in. Decided to take a drive to Stanmore and have a look round the site. Bumped into a salesman Keith, what a wonderful gentleman. We spoke about my requirements. Most vans were a little bit out of my budget. Keith mentioned that he had a van (The price was within my budget) that was going off the auction as it had high mileage and would not sell it on site. I went back following day with Mechanic and had a look round the vehicle and ended up purchasing a Mercedes sprinter. It suited my needs and I was happy with the price. Keith made my experience buying a preowned van very pleasurable. I would certainly use this company again in the future. Once again, I would just like to thank Keith for a great customer service and wish you all the best. Michael Ps thought I was having an issue with the DPF, as it was creeping up percentage wise, phoned Keith to explain what was going on, and without hesitation, he said please pop it back. We will get the technicians to have a look at it for you, on arrival back to auto capitals, I checked my computer and it had cleared itself back to 0! And that’s what I call great customer service.

My dealings with Auto Capital were as a, seller rather than buyer. My car was bought by them and from initial contact through to collection of the car, Keith was communicative and professional. Everything went smoothly and the car was collected when agreed. Smooth and easy transaction, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to deal with.

Bought a 2021 Transit 350 from this company. So many to walk around and look at with low mileage too. A few colours available with new stock arriving daily. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am very happy and impressed with them.

Nice purchase with no pressure. Great selection but dont expect a bargain. Very good after sales help which is important and i think is the sign of a good company.

Ibrahim the sales manager, made sure my truck was in top condition, it was 2nd hand and he made sure it was thoroughly cleaned, gave me a free service and he even logged my old truck on the Ulez scrappage scheme for me. Excellent service and a pleasure to do business with him.
