Oct 22,2024I am extremely happy with Jon's service. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He helped me with my financing and answered all my questions and he even brought me my Van straight to my door already ready to go and plated. He messaged me along the way to let me know what was going on every step of the way. I decided I wanted a remote starter added and so he came back a few days later and again took my van to get the remote starter installed and gave me a discount on the price. I would definitely recommend Jon if you are looking to buy or finance a vehicle

Oct 09,2020I have been told by numerous car dealers that they can get me into a vehicle and it all failed until I went here, I have an annulled proposal and a discharged bankruptcy and have credit card debt and these guys still managed to get me into a vehicle! I couldn’t believe it! They got me out of a bad lease I was in and into a car I now own! Thank you so much autocreditottawa!

I had a challenging situation with my credit situation where I could not get approved for a car loan anywhere but they took the time to understand my needs, they never gave up on me and got me approved for a car loan and even picked me up to bring me to their dealership!
