May 24,2020Nearly 2 weeks to arrive is poor service when paying top dollar for a product. A retailer offered to order it in for me but said "it would take up to 2 weeks to arrive". It was a cheaper option but I wanted the product quickly. I went with your company (at a greater overall price) with the belief I would have it within a few days. This wasn't to be as I had to wait almost 2 weeks anyway. If it's delivery times then don't blame Aust Post, you're the organiser. If you're going to charge top dollar then you need to organise a better delivery service like a courier company for example.

May 27,2020When placing the order I saw nowhere showing how long the package would take to arrive. 7 days later and I'm still waiting for my package, yet you say somewhere on the website its 5 days max !!! No tracking number, no nothing. Called your number at 12.30pm today and no one answered, I guess everyone was out to lunch at the same time.
