May 07,2020I was fooled by the positive comments on Trustpilot. 44 days ago I made a purchase and the product never arrived. I contacted the store and they said the product was delivered, but it wasn’t. They tried to contact Fastway (the company that makes the courier services for them) to get a proof of delivery but no response was given to them. Therefore, I have no answers and no product. I tried to contact both companies a few times but I had no solution. My first contact with the store trying to solve the problem was on 14/04. I still don’t have my product. My refund requests have been ignored. These are the reasons why I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again. I am extremely frustrated! >>> Edited after had my problem solved: After complaining to the Fair Trading and leave a negative comment on Trustpilot as if by magic they called me and made my refund. Advice to customers: do not stop fighting for your rights, otherwise you will be ignored by this company that has no respect or consideration for its customers.

They offered me a refund which was processed the same day and my order also dispatched that afternoon. I say well done and I will shop again at Auto Mega Store.

May 06,2020Make sure you order the right part number. If you suffer from Dyslexia as I do, and make an ordering mistake, this store will not give you an exchange or refund. Very cold, very hard and I certainly will not shop here ever again. Stay away!
