The not so good: 1. despite the order confirmation saying that once the package ships, a tracking number would be sent, this did not happen - no shipping confirmation at all. 2. I did not receive a Tax Invoice, needed for both my own records and proof of purchase. I had to ask for one.

Jan 28,2020Unfortunately AutoMegaStore uses Fastway Couriers which have atrocious customer service and poor delivery times in WA. AutoMegaStore posted the package quickly, but with advertising of up to 5 days delivery for WA metro, i am already at 6. and it will be 10+ for my package arrives. either the delivery time frames need to be updated on their website or they need to find faster couriers.

Jan 24,2020The service and delivery were fine (good online experience, great price and delivered within a reasonable time), but I have given only 3 stars because the amount and type of packaging used (in this day and age) seemed excessive and without much thought about the environment. Is it possible to improve on this aspect (i.e. less bubble wrap and kinder materials to the environment)? We all need to be doing out bit and in the long-run, it will be good for your business.
