Oct 23,2024Encuentran rayadas sospechosas en el coche al devolverlo y te cobran 300€. Al recoger el coche a las 22:10 debido a un retraso del vuelo te cobran 35€ por llegar mas tarde de las 22:00h. Viendo el resto de reseñas veo que no soy el único al que le ha pasado esto asi que si consigo evitar que gente reserve con esta compañía me daré por satisfecho. Hay muchísimas compañías en Menorca serias y que no están obsesionadas con robarte hasta el último céntimo.

Oct 17,2024Prise en charge à l aéroport très bien , voiture surclassée ( 308 au lieu de fiat500) tout semblait bien . Nous avons demandé de faire ensemble le tour de la voiture à la prise en charge : refusé. On nous a juste signalé un petit accroc à l’avant . Nous avons constaté plusieurs rayures et pris des photos Par contre au retour état des lieux très très détaillé . Un petit accroc a été noté , on nous a débité 350€ !! ( toujours pas reçu le devis de réparation pour justifier cette somme ) A se demander si ça va être fait …Un conseil prenez toutes les photos de la moindre petite rayure ! Première fois qu’une telle mésaventure nous arrive

Sep 28,2024I have to say our experience of Autos Menorca was first rate. The car we hired from the airport had a fault with the air con and the Santo Tomas office replaced it with no fuss. Most of the staff we dealt with were exceptionally friendly and helpful - shout out in particular to the man in Santo Tomas and especially to Lara in the airport office. Bravo to Autos Menorca who in our experience represented their company and Menorca very positively.

Sep 24,2024Location en Septembre 2024, pas d'états des lieux fait a l'arrivée, on nous dit de prendre des photos. Par contre au retour gros états des lieux avec des photos prises avec un Ipad. On essaye de prouver qu'il y avait des rayures mais rien n'y fait. On reçoit le rapport quand on est a l’aéroport, 5 impacts notés :( !! Donc dépôt de garantie encaisse de 900.00 euro et remboursement de de 329.00 euro donc LA PLAISANTERIE nous a couté 571.00 euro !!! Aucun recours, ce sont des VOLEURS, ne pas louer chez eux.

Aug 27,2024Booked thru 3rd party company DiscoverCars (no issue with them). Lady at Autosmenorca counter insisted our DiscoverCars insurance was not valid. She kept mumbling that she would never trust a 3rd party company and that she "would never leave €1000 with anyone she didnt trust" - referring to their own security deposit - practically insisted we needed to pay for their insurance. She refused to listen, so after the third time of trying to explain to her that our DiscoverCars insurance was all we required I decided it was best to pay the €120 just so we could leave (it was hot, there was a queue and the kids were becoming agitated). Lady explained that they wouldnt be checking the state of the car when we returned because of the insurance we had purchased - which i found a little weird - until we got to the car. Car was dirty. Then on the morning that we returned the car, 22/08/2024, we were standing waiting for the shuttle bus after dropping off the car. There were cars being driving out of a yard behind where we were standing. One car in particular, drove right up behind us, within 1m. As my son and I tried to move our bags and ourselves out of the way, the man who was driving the car drove at speed right past us, wheels spinning and all. The wing mirror of the car barely hit my arm and would have hit my 9 year old son too only I moved him out of the way. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and highly dangerous. This man refused to engage with us after the incident because he his clearly a coward. Our entire experience with your company has been disgraceful. Staff were incompetent and unfriendly throughout our entire experience.

Aug 13,2024This company scams tourist. When you pay a deposit with your creditcard the will say that you causes new damage on the car and steel 275 euro's from you. When you confront them the will ly about everything. DON'T RENT A CAR AT THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jul 18,2024I have just used Autos Menorca via a booking made with Holiday Autos. The price was very competitive, there was no queue at collection and the counter staff were very friendly and very efficient. Drop off was also seamless and we waited just a couple of minutes for our courtesy transfer to the terminal. Also I was given a choice of two cars, both of which were better than I had booked and expected. I see previous (older) less favourable reviews but my experience in the last 10 days has been perfect.

Jul 13,2024Reservé con ellos directamente en su página web con la tarifa todo incluido, sin franquicia ni intermediarios. Al llegar al aeropuerto, fue fácil encontrar su servicio de traslado tal y como me informaron previamente a través del correo electrónico y el tiempo de espera fue de unos 3 minutos. Al llegar, no tuve que hacer cola, el personal me atendió muy bien y solo tuve que dejar el depósito de combustible, que se me reembolsó el último día al devolver el coche. El servicio de atención telefónica fue bueno y el proceso de reserva en la web, muy sencillo. El vehículo que nos dieron era nuevo, con 4000 km y limpio. La devolución el último día fue fácil, no tuvimos que preocuparnos de revisar el coche en ningún momento, solo de devolver el tanque lleno, y el traslado al aeropuerto fue inmediato. Lo único que eché en falta fue algo más de interacción con la chica que nos recepcionó el coche, ya que no nos informó de la devolución del depósito, ni de que llegaría una confirmación por email, ni si podíamos tomar ya la shuttle o había que pasar por oficina.

Jul 11,2024A fuir, location de voiture en mai, dépôt de garantie pour essence débiter deux fois à tort et rembourser une seule fois. Malgré les réclamations toujours pas de remboursement et obliger d'ouvrir un contentieux auprès de notre banque pour opération frauduleuse qui va durer des mois d'après mon banquier. Décevant.

Contratamos un coche para que nos lo dejaran en el aeropuerto, nos pidieron hora de llegada para dejarnoslo en el parking del aeropuerto y cuando llegamos no estaba. 45 minutos tuvimos que esperar a que nos trajeran el coche al aeropuerto y no nos ofrecieron ni una mejora. Además se olvidaron de la sillita de bebé que habíamos contratado. Y todo esto la primera semana de junio, en julio y agosto no quiero ni imaginar la mala gestión que tendrán.

Ils vous reprochent même de ne pas avoir pris de photo ! Passez votre chemin surtout N’y allez pas ! Ce sont des escrocs à l’assurance et au touriste

Oct 10,2023Thieves When I got the car, it was very dirty and with scratches everywhere. When I brought it back the operator made me pay for one of them even after seeing photos which proved I wasn't responsible for them. Worse, they mentioned two new scratches behind my back, on the contract! I had to address the custommer service and send the proofs to get a refund... Thieves, that's what they are at Minorque's airport. I wouldn't even put one star if it was possible. (AutosMernorca and Ownerscars are two names for the same compagny)

Oct 30,2022Pas de souci avec ce loueur, globalement tout à fait pro, retour du véhicule sans histoire, tôt le matin. -En revanche, RIEN d'indiqué à l'aéroport ni sur le voucher, sur où trouver l'agence (en fait un bout de parking, sans panneau et avec une personne pas bien concernée) -Et mise à dispo du véhicule laborieuse et pas trop rigoureuse (il a fallu insister pour avoir un check de la voiture en notre présence) -Enfin, pas de liquide lave glace dans le réservoir, et voiture pas bien nettoyée (pare brise notamment)

Aug 09,2021Timadores. Te inflan el precio al llegar con un servicio absurdo de gestión de carburante que nadie cobra y que aparece en medio del contrato en letra pequeña. Te entregan un coche diferente al que alquilas. Intentan por cualquier medio que contrates un seguro a todo riesgo que cuesta para una semana el 50% del precio del alquiler. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que nos diesen un picotazo en una puerta (de hecho ocurrió de forma tan gratuita que ya piensas cualquier cosa de porqué te pasa eso)... 300€ de reparación en un presupuesto inflado. Si pides llevar un presupuesto de un taller de tu elección, lo que como asegurado tienes derecho, te responden que en realidad no eres tú el asegurado. Espero que más gente pase a leer por aquí el trato que dan al cliente y que alguien se libre de sus malas prácticas.

Thought I was going to turn up and get scammed with Insurance deposits and then a Mark on the car that I didn’t do would end up in a dispute. NOT True.. Seriously, this is a proper company. We got a brand-new car. Obviously, if you return it and it’s got some damage on (basically a chip which goes deeper than the paintwork then quite frankly you are probably gonna get charged. In that case, take out the full insurance when you arrive with them, which is going to cost you €200. I wouldn’t take out insurance with the other booking company just do it on arrival otherwise they Take a deposit in case the insurance company that you booked with doesn’t pay. If it’s with them then you don’t have to pay any more deposits.) Just had to write this review as the service was so amazing and they’re getting such a bad reputation on trustpilot it’s really unfair think about it from their Point of view .. if you were going to lend a card to someone else and it came back with damage Quite someone needs to pay. So as long as you look after it and takes some pictures, you will be fine. This is a very big company and our experience was nothing but professional. When we returned the car the guy came out had a look round. I explained the two marks that were there previously and he said yes fine. I showed two more marks that we found and he said they were not deeper than the paintwork so they don’t count, got out initiate the refund immediately all good to go Really friendly, chatty, I said that his prices were really low, but apparently their business model is by buying and ringing selling cars so apparently they even had cars for euro a day at one point. As long as you look after your sensible, you’ll be fine with these guys but if you damage it then you’re looking at a few hundred euros. There was also a lot of support so definitely will book with this company again. Hope this review is helpful.
