Mar 04,2025Great cars, love the exclusive offerings! Get in the new cars quick and usually when they are expected for pre-orders is accurate. They offer some nice deals as well on older stock, gotten some nice case sets I had missed when released and they were on sale! Ordering direct with AW since 2019/20, with some really nice pieces! The only thing I would say that took from 5 to 4 (actually 4.75!) stars is that the packaging for some items sent could use a bit more protection. Shippers are notorious for being rough on boxes and one order came in with 8 items, 4 had damage - could have been prevented if there had been a tougher outer box or one more protective layer inside the box. Just box and bubble wrap usually works great, but all shippers "handle with care!" LOL and sometime the results aren't very obvious from outside, but just enough of a dent impact through the box insides. I don't blame anyone for that stuff, it happens and I do a fair amount of shipping stuff to know no matter what, sometimes what starts as a box form can arrive rather as a round globe. Other than product damage in transit, which happens, excellent service and selection. It's been a few years since I called and talked to staff, but when I did they were really nice and helpful.
