Oct 29,2024The was a miscommunication about the shipping of my order. Because the order shipped in two parts, it appeared all were shipped. They were not. Used the chat on Autoworld to correct the issue. Was immediately fixed and shipped. Boxes are packed with precision, professional hands each time.

Oct 26,2024Item i purchased had old dry rotted tires,l contacted customer service and was told they would send out a new set, after 1 month and several emails to Carli at customer service was told multiple times they were sent and they never arrived, contacted customer service again and NO RESPONSE. Bad Customer Service on a damaged item. Will not deal with this company again!
