Mar 16,2024Avenue Estates were the agents looking after a property we rented for 8 yeas. We were already tenants when they took over the purchase of the property with the new owners. The process was seamless and we had no worry at any point during the new owners taking over. We were very well looked after and if there were any problems they responded and corrected very fast without any issues. They were very professional and helpful at all times and we would definitely recommend them.

We rented a property through avenue estates 18 months ago and the process was done by the book. Ever since then every request for maintenance and service has been an absolute pleasure, I never had to worry about a single thing. The whole team always went above and beyond to make sure that the process was a great one. To Ryan and the team at Avenue estates, we are truly grateful for everything you have done for us. Feb 21,2022What a pleasure it was dealing with this company no ask was too big and they were extremely good at coming back to us in a timely manner. Savas handled our sale personally and straight from the get go he was very easy to deal with, there was no pressure at all or false promises or cheesy sales talk which made us feel at ease. Savas did what he said he would and thats price the property at what its worth in the current market and get that price with no games being played and this was important for us to have in a service. Savas secured 8 viewings in the first day of it being listed with me being updated on each one being arranged it was actually really exciting to see all the interest being generated. Our property was sold within 48 hours for a price we were extremely happy with. Viewings were also considered around convenience for ourselves as we both work from home. The transaction should have been very quick and straight forward but was sadly let down by some of the worst incompetence in conveyancing ive honestly ever seen from a Solicitors within the chain but everyday Savas tried tirelessly to get things moving and eventually it did. Savas professionalism and dedication to his customers is simply 10/10 and its extremely clear great pride is shown in his work and the reputation of the business. To all family and friends we will be recommending Avenue Estates and I would honestly never even think about using another estate agent. Honesty and Integrity shown every single step of the way. Savas and the team were friendly, quick at responding and super helpful when it came to answering questions surrounding letting my property. Martin carried out a full day of viewings and helped me to choose the best tenants to enable us to move away without worrying. Ryan ensured I had the correct certificates and met tenant guidelines which was a huge help having never let my own property before. Jul 16,2021Had the most pleasurable experience in gaining some information around mortgages. Had tried many places around bournemouth all of them interested in the sale, but not this team! No, they really put you first! From the moment I spoke to Florence I knew I was in safe hands, professional and polite is an understatement for this true asset to her company! I then went on to speak to Savas who was a wealth of knowledge and really dug into my needs. This is a company I would recommend to anyone.
