Sep 18,2018On one hand, the service I received was fit for purpose: I just needed to get certified translation of my documents. It was done on time (2 days), the communication was good, but the quality of the translation was mediocre. It looks like the automated translation program was used, and teh end result hasn't been proofread attentively enough. So the translation contained both very naive mistakes (Mother spelled like mAther) and the factual one (like how translation of the places from Russian to English is correctly done). So if you know how to translate the documents (and to correct the mistakes) it's fine, but if you don't know, then probably better to use another service.

Aug 23,2018I asked for a urgent translation on Saturday, the service on line was quick but a few mistakes were made so I asked to correct them before sending the hard copies. One of this was not correct so they had to post it twice.. from Saturday I received the hard copies on Friday, post fault? I called as I was worried for my copies and asked a tracking number, but my post was not tracked. They offered to send the doc again and finally I received everything on Friday but how can be possible that after paying a lot of money, you don't provide/have a tracking number?? And if I pay for a urgent service, it means that I cannot wait a week for the hard copies.. I cannot recommend the service for this reason

Oct 26,2018I highly recommend to everyone, who needs professional, quick and feet in your budget translation service we tried lots of companies worldwide but I am sorry to say that is not many out there to give you what you need. Well, they just promise :) So we were already giving up on our hopes that we will find a nice professional quick and pocket-friendly translation with recognizable certification by governments and we came cross to Avitas Translation by Trustpilot and google reviews and it saved our situation! Anthony and his team were super flexible and helpful they provide us with great service. if I will need translation again will go just for them and advice to you all too.
