Jul 01,2024I used AWS after breaking down near by, they were happy to accept my van without notice and carried out the work to find out what was going on, liaising with other services as needed. They communicated well throughout and were friendly and very helpful in getting my van back on the road. One star off as unable to pay with credit card, but othwise very impressed, I will certainly be using them again.

May 23,2024I’ve the last couple of months these guys have gone above and beyond for me and my car this week she’s had her mot exhaust fixed and other bits and bobs they have found that as woman who knows nothing about cars they have put right resured me when I felt o broke it and made sure we are back on the road safe and sound be for I have work at the weekend thanks guys so so much I appreciate everything you have done get me safely back up ans running again Lesley

Mar 04,2024Used their rent a ramp service to carry out my own work. They were very helpful and able to let me book a ramp the next day (Sunday) by the hour. The price was very reasonable particularly considering the help they have making it secure etc and the tools made available too. I’ll be using them again.

May 15,2023Sadly I had a terrible experience with AWS. Having read good reviews I Took my t4 in with occasional starting issues and a leaky windscreen. Was told drop it in on Monday and it’ll be fixed by the end of the week. Long story short they ended up having my van (daily drive) for well over 6 weeks! They didn’t keep me updated (until we called them), they also took it upon themselves to strip my fuel pump without either giving me a price first or having the parts to rebuild it in stock. This caused my van to become un drivable until parts which were on back order arrived as well as charging over £300 over their original quote (and what other rebuild companies which did have the parts were charging) for the privilege. When I finally went to collect my van (which they claimed to have test drove), the throttle stuck on as I left their yard, (caused by something having not being tightened properly), the next day the coolant warning light came on as the coolant was too low (radiator not bled properly), at this point I noticed my battery cover was missing which I had to ask them to send in the post. Not what I expected from a specialist and being over charged just added insult to injury. Disappointing really as I saw the body work they do on the Facebook videos and it’d have been handy to find a local specialist who could do that kind of work. I was offered a free service which I declined.

Jan 22,2022AWS have been brilliant with my 19 year old campervan. I dropped it off looking a bit tatty, - rusting wheel arches, scratches- well she is 19 years old. After welding, spraying, underseal and a full service at a really good price, I picked her up today looking a million dollars. These guys have really done a brilliant job! Very happy, and would recommend. 5 🌟

I payed for my car to be collected from my house and the guys were very kind and dropped it back to me free of charge! Very happy with this fab service , would highly recommend. Thanks guys 😊

Aug 10,2024Took my car here last week. All was fine. Until I noticed the owners car arrive outside my home address at 1.30am that night. This was caught on my cctv. To my horror they completely axed all my windows. Why? Because I had to push the owner and this other fella off and away from me due to them being extremely drugged uo trying to grope me. This has been reported. Never take your car here. Maybe they only target girls but still. Don’t support such disgrace.
