Apr 01,2025The internet service is ok, for the most part, but the mobile service was poor and spotty. When I complained about the service, they used the same answer every time = turn off your phone and turn it on again. No data service outside at all. They stonewalled me. Finally after weeks they realized I was correct and fixed their problem. The staff is largely English so they come off as entitled. I have little trust for the management as they are not interested in addressing issues in person, nor hearing about service problems nor being properly transparent with the customer. If I were not limited in my choices, I would most certainly change providers. I would not recommend this company.

Jun 14,2024First test, returned from holiday to no WiFi/internet. Reported the problem to Axarfusion at lunchtime and received an IMMEDIATE response.We were kept in touch during all the downtime and Axarfusion Technicians arrived 'bang on time' next morning. It was confirmed the problem was not Axarfusions but a Fibre Optic Connection.Within minutes the Specialist Technicians arrived and replaced the shredded cable. Very impressive response putting our previous supplier to shame.

Apr 11,2024The engineer arrived at the stated time and completed the installation with no hassle. Service so far has been great, good connection and download speeds. Axarfusion is a bit more expensive but for me it's worth the extra money.
