I ordered a pair of Loblan boots costing £179 from this company , the full amount was debited from my bank within one day , after two weeks of no contact from Aztec Clothing I emailed them four times and received no replies, I tried phoning them on the mobile number on their business site no answer ! Alarm bells in my head went off ! It was only the threat of contacting PayPal that I received a response
Placed 2 orders on this website for over £500 combined at the end of April. Received my first order of a D&G jacket - D&G logo was wonky and coming away from the material so reported this and asked for a refund. Had to pay £12 for it to be returned - had no communication since I was given the return address. Item was posted out on the 9th of May, not collected from the post office till the 18th of May by Aztec. No confirmation of the return being received, or refund given. No communication whatsoever. Second order - only had an order confirmation. No dispatch email or item recieved. This was a month ago, just poor considering we’re both in the UK. More worryingly, emails won't deliver anymore, just bounce back, website has now disappeared and you can no longer even view orders you've placed! Would not be a company I'd use again or recommend when purchasing designer items. Not worth the hassle or worry! Clearly not trustworthy.
Great designer items at sale prices. Delivery is straightforward and always arrives on time. The quality of the items I've bought is above an beyond. I'm so happy I found Aztec clothing, and will continue to shop with them.
Worse experience with a clothing company ever! I've ordered from Shein, Emery Rose, and even TEMU and have received ALL my merchandise without issue. I've even received excellent customer service from them! But this company is so bad! Promises to have my merchandise delivered were made and broken multiple times! No emails or phone calls. Completely ghosted! Definitely BEWARE when purchasing! I've already informed my bank this company is a scam to hopefully get my money back!!
The worst company to order from ordered on the 24th April 10 days later the jacket still not delivered contacted Aztec no one picks the phone up contacted through email no response.

I am absolutely furious with Aztec Clothing! I placed a massive order worth $3000 and not only did I not receive my items, but I was also charged an outrageous $500 in duties. To make matters worse, no one from their team has bothered to respond to my numerous attempts to contact them for assistance. First of all, I cannot believe that I was charged such an exorbitant amount for duties. This is completely unacceptable and has left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected to pay some duties, but not anywhere close to this amount. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and it's unacceptable. Furthermore, the fact that I haven't received my items is absolutely unacceptable. I placed my order months ago and it has yet to arrive. I understand that there can be shipping delays, but the lack of communication from the Aztec Clothing team is completely unprofessional. I have tried to reach out to them on multiple occasions, but I have received no response. This is unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and angry. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Aztec Clothing. Not only have they taken my hard-earned money without delivering my items, but they have also left me on my own to deal with the aftermath. I would strongly advise anyone considering placing an order with Aztec Clothing to think twice before doing so. The lack of communication, outrageous duties charges, and failure to deliver goods make this company one to avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Burberry Trench coat from their website on sale on 24 February. The item said it was a size ‘10’ which I assumed was a ladies size 10. When it arrived it was in fact a children’s age 10 which was not clear on their website at all. The customer service was terrible from the start. I asked them to cover the cost of sending the item back but they essentially said it was my mistake and wouldn’t cover it. I then sent the item back by Royal Mail special delivery on 3 March. There was no one to receive it so it was sent to the local depot. I asked for delivery to be re-attempted and it was sent back again as no one was there. It was finally collected from the deport on 14 March. I kept emailing to ask when my money would be returned now the item had been recieved. I tried calling the phone number and messaging on the whatsapp number but there was no answer. I felt like I was practically begging to ask for my money to be refunded and there was no communication during this time. I finally received a response by email on 23 March to say my money minus their insurance cost of £11.25 would be refunded. I have finally received my refund on 25 March. I was considering reporting this to the Consumer Ombudsman. I would never order from here again after this unprofessional and stressful experience and would deter others from doing so too.
i asked to cancel my order and to not ship it but you guys still proceeded to do it 3 days later and then say you dont want to refund me the shipping and shipping protection when it returns to you guys, i already called fedex and refused the package, its almost back to you guys, if i dont get a full refund, i will chargeback whatever is missing, thank you
I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Aztec Clothing But I ordered some Versace chain reaction sneakers in last size which was great and they came next day with DHL deliver brilliant customer service and fantastic prices for such a expensive trainer the RPR was £770 But I got it for half price fully authentic and everything happy with my purchase with order in the future from Aztec Clothing and will recommend 100%
I purchased a pair of trainers that unfortunately have a tiny manufacturing defect. I mailed Aztec right away and to br honest they have been brilliant to deal with. As these are the last trainers they have in my size, they have offered to pay for the fix as well as refunding me an amount and giving me another 10% off any future purchase too. I have to say that I'm very impressed here as the easiest thing for them to do would for me to send back and they fully refund me. Things don't always go to plan, but the strength of a company is how they deal with any situation and Aztec have passed with flying colours. Would highly recommend
I bought an item and it took two weeks to dispatch and we are both in this very UK. I had to send two different emails to chase up shipping. Bear in mind i was charged 19 pounds for shipping from teeside to London which is next to extortion! Was not impressed at all.
Fast and easy
Took waaaaaay to long to get my order. Sent emails. No one replied. I was getting proper annoyed and then we me day it turns up! Never had this issue before! But it only takes the one time and you think sod this I won't order From here again. Not particularly happy with Aztec.
Contact is non-existent regarding a return. Emailed 3 times & invite to WhatsApp sent and STILL no response!!
Quality product sent in quality packaging
I was a little nervous ordering due to some other reviews, however it was unnecessary. My order was dispatched and received within a few days. Care was taken to ensure the box was discreet and the items were exactly as I'd hoped. Will definitely order from Aztec again.
