Sep 04,2019Poor service Poor communication and Poor delivery times. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Received item on a Thursday which was too small and asked if they had a larger size and emailed me back to confirm they had one in stock and it would be sent to me once they received the jacket back from me which was the following working day. Emailed them again to ask when I should receive it and told me Wednesday or Thursday the following week. Emailed them on the Wednesday the following week to be told it was ON ORDER (OUT OF STOCK) and would have to wait another week on it !!! SOME COMMUNICATION ON A ORDERS PROGRESS OR PROBLEM IE OUT OF STOCK IS NOT HARD NOR ROCKET SCIENCE ! WHEN YOU BUY A PREMIUM EXPENSIVE ITEM YOU EXPECT A PREMIUM SERVICE IN RETURN !!!

Aug 22,2019Be aware that this company is a scammer. They send out faulty goods and then blame you for it without providing any evidence. They say they have cctv to prove goods are check. That check is not done. They are scammers don’t be fooled don’t buy anything you will get faulty goods and no refund. Goods are fake.

Aug 13,2019DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE For the amount you're going to be spending you may aswell go elsewhere. Customer service is terrible, number on there site just rings out nobody ever answers. Live chat is always unavailable & they take an age to respond to Emails. Ordered some trainers and 1 week later still no delivery, cancelled my order and have now ordered elsewhere. Don't waste your time, I doubt this site will be around long.
