Sep 07,2024Our experience with BagBee was great right from the start. It was super easy to sign up online for the service. They notified us of the pickup time, texted us when they were close by, and came for pickup precisely when they promised. We received pictures of our luggage after it was checked in, and our bags were among the first on the luggage carousel when we arrived home. Great experience.

Sep 07,2024Bagbee was exactly as expected. The driver was on time, friendly and courteous. Getting rid of our bags for the day allowed us to explore Reykjavik all day (had to get off ship by 9 but flight home wasn’t until 8pm) without lugging bags around - definitely worth the price. We even had air tags in our luggage so we could see they went exactly where they were supposed to at the airport and got loaded on to our plane that evening. I wish they allowed something like this in the states.
