Ein Mega-Service und beste telefonische Beratung, so dass ich gern Monika und Agnesa einen sechsten Stern verleihen möchte. Die Produktions- und Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten und die Qualität meiner Fasssauna ist herausragend! Tolles Unternehmen. Apr 30,2024I purchased the 1.6m barrell sauna from Baltresto - ordered 14th November, delivered to Ireland Jan 26th (~9 weeks), assembled 2 weeks later. The sauna arrived on a 2m-long pallet - very securely fastened. The quality of the timber of the pallet was better than most building timber you can purchase in Ireland, from quite old-growth trees - a very good omen. In my case, the delivery guy dropped it into the garage (I had a spot cleared already, and my own pallet-truck in case I had to move it myself). I found it relatively easy to assemble with my son, over 2 days for the barrell - just be patient. It would be difficult to assemble if you're on your own. We had very few issues - one warped timber, and of course it was right at the end - there's an advantage into checking everything before starting to assemble. I found the door a bit of a challenge to fit well, but all OK in the end. Fitting the seating is interesting - ignore the walls and the measuring tape and just use a spirit level and all will be well - it's the same approach as doing carpentry on a boat. That took another evening or two. It's the first time I've used torx screws, but no issues encountered. The supplied screws seem better quality than the ones I've been bulk-buying and using for the past 10 years or so The 6kW electric heater is superb. I also fitted a 5m "neon LED rope" for internal lighting which I'm very happy with, although I don't expect it to last long, given the temperatures it's exposed to. We're really enjoying the sauna - temperatures up to 95 degrees. I would very much recommend the Baltresto sauna - good communications at the beginning of the process. Apr 27,2024Wir haben leider spät entdeckt, dass ein augenscheinlich stimmig geliefertes Teil doch nicht passte. Die Lösung wurde sehr schnell gefunden und Ersatz trotzdem umstandslos direkt geliefert.

Apr 24,2024J'ai commandé un poêle à bois pour bain nordique en aluminium il y a plusieurs mois. Nous avons rencontré beaucoup de problème : le foyer est toujours inondé d'eau au fond, impossible de l'allumer...soit c'est la condensation (problème de conception), soit c'est le tubage qui n'est pas étanche! Quand le temps est sec, on arrive à allumer le feu (pas évident avec l'humidité de l'hiver en montagne), et au bout de 3 allumages, l'aluminium du poêle c'est déformé!!! Une catastrophe pour du locatif saisonnier, les clients sont très déçu et j'ai du changer tous le système et perdu des réservations! Le SAV de Balresto (après pleins d'échanges), me répond que des choses incohérentes et ne veulent rien savoir! J'ai perdu 486€ et le poêle est dans un coin du jardin! Produit de très mauvaise qualité! SAV pas sérieux!!!

Apr 21,2024Nach nicht mal 6 Monaten ist die Treppe auseinander gefallen schrauben viel zu kurz , Kundenservice keine Antwort nicht existent, Abdeckung ist auch nicht wasserdicht , altes in allem mangelhaftes Material sehr billig 3900€ für nix

Apr 19,2024We have just installed Baltresto woodfire hot tub (1,8x1,8) in our field and had a bath in the evening. We asked for isolation between the extern wood and the fiberglass, and so, it takes less than 2 hours to get the water warm and very warm indeed ! Amazing how long the water remains hot because the next day, we had a bath in the morning without making any fire and the temperature was 6°. It's a wonderfull experience, alone and better when sharing with friends even under the rain !

Apr 16,2024+ Aussehen vom Pool 8 Personen top schönes innen Becken und das holz außen auch gut + Heizt mit dem Holzofen in 2 bis 3 Stunden auf + Licht, Wassermassage und Luftmassage einfach zu bedienen und gut umgesetzt + Starke Pumpe mit Sandfilter ( zwar von einem unbekannten Hersteller aber weißt eine Sehr Sehr starke Ähnlichkeit zu der von Steinbach auf ) + Poolabdeckung ein echtes muss hält die Temperatur locker 12 Stunden + es wird kein Starkstrom benötigt alles über Schoko Stecker bis auf die Elektro Heizung wenn man sie anschließen lassen will ! + Preis Leistung Passt - Leider muss die Elektro Heizung von einem Eklektiker angeschlossen werden und war nur vorinstalliert nicht angeschlossen und verkabelt - Hat an 3 stellen bei den Schläuchen und Pumpe leicht getropft musste Ich mit der Rohrzange und Schraubenzieher etwas nachziehen danach hat alles gepasst alles in allem ein echt guter pool für den Preis trotz kleiner Probleme

Apr 08,2024Habe eine Fasssauna 5m gekauft und fachgerecht zusammen gebaut. Leider nicht ganz dicht. Von Dach läuft Wasser nicht schnell genug herab. Zwei Leckagen. Die Silikonfugen an den Stirnseiten halten der Wetterseite nicht stand, eine weitere Leckage. Kein Problem, kann man abdichten. Für Material und Aufwand (ein paar Hundert €) hätte ich zumindest einen Bruchteil der Kosten aus Kulanz von Baltresto erwartet. Bei ca. 6000 € Anschaffung, naja. Schade, aber dennoch eine schöne Sauna.

Apr 04,2024Great communication and support buying a 4m wood burning barrel sauna. Import and duties were made easy and delivery all ran smoothly. Jelena had a lot of patience responding to all questions and any issues that arose. There was a missing part but this was sorted efficiently and with no bother. Professional help was needed to help construct the sauna. Couldn't be happier with the final product and all the options available to suit our site.

Apr 04,2024Positiv: Zügige Rückmeldungen des Kundenservice, ordentliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Negativ: Die Verarbeitung des Badezubers ist teilweise mangelhaft (Leckagen aufgrund schlecht montierter Schläuche und Ablaufventil/Siebkorb, Schrauben sind teilweise zu lang und ragen aus dem Holz)
