She perfectly understood our expectations (discovering Toronto to Quebec and Tadoussac with nature and relaxation activities). The 14-day itinerary was well-structured, with a good balance of visits and activities. The hotels were excellent in both services and location. Local contacts were easily reachable via WhatsApp and email. A last-minute issue was efficiently handled by the commercial team, who arranged for a replacement of two nights in Quebec. The intuitive smartphone app allowed us to follow the itinerary day by day. thank you to Bamba,sTravel and their very professional, courteous, attentive, and empathetic team! It was top-notch!
