Spent $3k on a grill with lifetime warranty to put in my island. Called for the parts that are covered by said warrant. Am being told they don’t make those any more. I’m, so how does that work for a ‘lifetime’ warranty??? I asked what she could do, get this..... I can offer you 15% off (parts that should be free) but we don’t make them. So sorry Charlie. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great grill until it falls apart and you need that lifetime warranty!

I spoke with Rick, at the Chandler Germanne store. He was very knowledgeable of all his stock. I asked about a specific bbq. He got it for me, delivered it and I didn’t even leave my couch. I am very impressed of how easy Rick made the whole process for me. I have no doubt that next purchase will be as easy. Thanks Rick

I allege they are using Bait Advertising schemes. I was shopping to buy a specific Evo grill for a couple weeks and then they had a micro-add that started popping up on my computer saying they are extending the labor day specials until September 30th and the grill I want has the normal price of $3995 crossed out and flashing $3,325.50 in green (which was the best sale price a couple weeks prior). So I gathered the funds to buy it and clicked on the add which took me to the website and showed normal price, I entered the discount code as stated but showed now discount, I emailed them and in writing they said the $3,325.50 price is an old price from 2017 which seems like a lie to me being it was the sale price from two weeks ago, so now I allege they are lying to me too. They refuse to honor the price that I requested them to do, and now my second best pricing of $3,595 from other vendor has expired so now I'm really pissed. They have an extremely aggressive marketing and advertising campaign and they should be held accountable for what I believe is intentional to get you into their website store. (I have screen shots and videos of their adds that they won't honor)

I purchased an expensive lounge suite and table based on the stores recommendation and the advertised fact it was UV resistant. It wasn't. Just outside the warranty period the whole lot has split apart....and it isn't even in direct sunlight. Its under a verandah. The store didn't want to know. Got my money it seems. I just wanted to explore the opportunity to get repairs etc....no, I am on my own.

burners are too close together. uneven heat. very bad design and make it difficult to bbq evenly

Smoker is great there was a few issues upon receiving the smoker the fan shroud was bent and fan did not work but customer service shipped one right out and everything works great

Just have to say that my items always get here ahead of the day they are suppose to get here. Plus this last shipment something went wrong with my order and I was going to get a double shipment. Before I had a chance to call about it Customer service call and ask me if I wanted the double order. I said no cause something happen when I order. The lady cancel one for me and credit back my money. Great Customer Service.
