Worth every penny with the time it saves you having to book clients in, no more standing at reception an extra 10 minutes while clients find there work schedule ect to know when to book, they can just do it at their own accord. Customer service is great, always get a fast response when I’ve had any queries. So glad I decided to go ahead with it, clients love being able to sort their own appointments too, they have full control of moving it or whatever they need. Definitely recommend 😄

I've got complete control over my clients, and they ain't going anywhere else. Those pesky aggregators won't be stealing my clients anymore. And let me tell you, my clients are loving it too, they're coming back more often than ever before! These guys saved me loads of time, no more phone calls for bookings, and I can just get on with what I do best. The support team has my utmost RESPECT. But you know what the best part is? They're constantly upgrading this thing. Looking forward to more updates, it's gonna be epic. So, if you're on the lookout for software, Barberly is the way to go. Trust me, I wouldn't steer you wrong

Feb 11,2023When I first subscribed to your service I was able to alter each day's working hours from the agenda. You've since then updated the program and removed that access. It was a huge time saver because I don't have a receptionist running my schedule and minutes matter between clients. Also, the biggest reason I chose the program was the auto charge when the 'no-show' button was pressed. You've also removed that so now I have to go and charge the no show customer and fill in the already preselected fee. I preferred it when the whole action was taken in one button press. I would like the option to disable the wait list feature on the app because several people have attempted to bypass the payment information requirements with the wait list and that causes altercation in the actual location. Every time you update to improve the product it almost makes it worse or harder to use and your support chat is not a lot of help anymore. Just a quick edit to point out the flaws in your response. No it's not a mix up with another booking system. I've never used a different booking system. Yours was the first I've ever subscribed to, but the user blame is making me think of looking for a different service. Yes it used to be a one click auto charge when I signed up in Dec 2021. And yes I used to able to open non-working hours in the schedule on the schedule. I am not talking about blocking and unblocking times. I'm talking about opening up outside of scheduled business hours while in the agenda.
